I've lol'ed everytime I've seen it.

I haven't seen it, but I'm guessing this trailer alone is better than Hangover II.

That depends on your definition of the last one.

Theatrically, twelveish years. The Adventures Of Elmo In Grouchland (which has a really amazing Wikipedia page btw) and Muppets From Space were both in 1999.

If television counts, The Muppet Wizard Of Oz was 2005.

But the last good one...
