Cities in Motion and Magicka Head to Japan

STOCKHOLM, May 19th, 2011 – On May 31st, Cities in Motion and Magicka fans are invited to the Far East in two very different fashions.

Since its release in February, the development team behind best-selling mass transport simulation Cities in Motion have been hard at work on their upcoming expansion: Cities in Motion: Tokyo.

The expansion will feature an all-new campaign comprising four different scenarios starting in the 1970’s and stretching across four decades, along with seven new vehicles, the introduction of the Monorail and strategic challenges. In the city, players are challenged to build a reliable and efficient transit system that will satisfy your demanding citizens travel requirements.

The Magicka Nippon DLC, created by Arrowhead Games, contains everything a wizard could need to honor their Far-East friends in a time of need. The DLC includes 1 Kimono robe, 1 Katana - “Yawarakai-Te” (cuts through armor) and 1 Bamboo Staff - “Staff of Endurance” (resistance to all elements).

Cities in Motion: Tokyo and Magicka: Nippon are both releasing on May 31st throughout all digital download portals. Paradox Interactive will donate 50% of net revenue per unit sold of the CiM Expansion and Magicka DLC for 3 days (5/31-6/3) to the Japan Relief Support program.
