Cross Fire Halloween Event and Contest Details

Toronto, CANADA-October 26, 2009– G4BOX Inc., a North American publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment media,  announced today some exciting Halloween updates and promotions for its free military FPS, Cross Fire.  These promotions include a number of free item giveaways, Halloween-themed screenshot and video contests, and a week-long “Ghost-Hunt” in-game event. These events accompany a recently released Halloween update to the game.  Players can participate in all the Halloween festivities by downloading the game for free at:  Here’s a preview of what’s in store for Cross Fire Halloween:

“Ghost-Hunt” Event

Hunting ghosts and paranormal activity is currently all the rage and now you too can take your ghost-busting skills online in Cross Fire’s
exclusive stealth-action Ghost Mode. From October 26th to October 30th, all players that play one hour of Ghost Mode will receive 2
Halloween GP crates, per day played. This means that for each day players play Ghost Mode for one hour, they will receive two free
Halloween GP crates (crates normally purchased with GP or “in-game points”). On Halloween, October 31st, playing Ghost Mode for one hour will earn you two free Halloween ZP crates (crates normally purchased with ZP, the cash-value currency of Z8Games). What better way to get in the Halloween spirit than hunting ghosts for freaky cool prizes!?

Halloween Screenshot and Video Contests

Starting October 22 2009, Cross Fire players can submit screenshots and videos for a chance to win great ZP prizes! This month’s contest theme is, of course, Halloween. Players can submit screenshots that capture the spirit of Halloween before November 1st 2009 or spooky Halloween videos before November 8th 2009. Winning entries will be determined by a vote to be held on the Cross Fire forums shortly after the submission deadline for each contest.  Please visit the following link for more details:

masks including Frankenstein, Ghouls, Skeletons, and more! The patch also introduced limited time Halloween sprays and name cards, in
