Dungeon Fighter Online Update ‘Act VII: Witching Hour’ Live Features Witch Character Class

Act VII: Witching Hour Now Available for Dungeon Fighter Online.

Dungeon Fighter Online, the classic side-scrolling arcade-style beat ‘em up MMO from Nexon, has released Act VII: Witching Hour update, featuring the much anticipated witch awakening character class update.

As a subclass of the Mage, the Witch is a gifted student of the ancient art of alchemy. As her name implies, the witch fights with a broomstick, attacking her enemies from the safety of the air. The Witch awakening hones in on this proficiency with new specialized skills that maximize attack durations, such as the Witch Machine, a device that unleashes an assault of multiple attacks that immobilizes and deals intense damage to foes. Additionally, as a special event for the awakening, parties grouped with an awakened witch will receive a 10 percent XP bonus for a party of two and a 20 percent XP bonus for a party of three or more.

In addition to the Witch awakening, the January content update features the brand new Hellkarium Quest, which can be received at level 47. These weapons are particularly special since they increase players’ awakening skill level by one point. Since leveling up these skills requires a great deal of skill points, the Hellkarium weapons will prove to be highly useful for those players that favor awakening skills throughout battle.

Players are also encouraged to enter the Screaming Cavern, a dungeon that delves deeper into the story of DFO. Found beneath the lush forests of Elvenguard, players are led into a dark underworld where the Fifth Apostle Siroko once destroyed the Giant Nugol, Queen of the dungeon. At level 54, players can fight through Screaming Cavern in the ultimate quest to face the resurfaced Queen.
