Europe: Nordic Games Launches With a Dance Party Set of Console Titles

Karlstad, Sweden: Nordic Games Publishing AB announces their first set of console titles, Dance Party Pop Hits and Dance Party Club Hits, for the Wii and PlayStation 2. Both titles will launch across EMEA on the 3rd April 2009.The Dance Party games feature music from two different genres to appeal to a broad audience, including classic tracks from leading artists like “Black and Gold” - Sam Sparro, “The Creeps” - Camille Jones, “Cry For You” - September, “Push The Button” - Sugababes, “Some Kinda Rush” - Booty Luv and “Murder On The Dance Floor” by Sophie Ellis Bextor.

Pelle Lundborg, Publishing Director, Nordic Games says, “We are excited about launching our first titles under the Nordic Games Publishing banner. There is a great sense of achievement when the ship sets sail for the first time.”

Lundborg adds, “The games are the first in a series of Dance Party branded products. With all the momentum moving towards guitars and drum kits, we feel it is time to bring back dance based games, and at the same time doing our bit for healthy gamers.”

Dance Party Pop Hits & Dance Party Club Hits will launch on the 3rd April, with an SRP of £24.99 / €29.99 for the WiiTM versions and £14.99 / €19.99 for the PlayStation®2 versions.
