Fighters Uncaged Punches Into Stores for Kinect

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – November 4, 2010 – Today, Ubisoft announced that Fighters Uncaged™, a new immersive total-body fighting game, is available at retail stores exclusively for Kinect™ for Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Developed by AMA Studios, Fighters Uncaged is the first motion fighting game for Kinect for Xbox 360 that engages players in an authentic controller-free, full-body combat experience. Players can use their fists, knees, legs, elbows and head to virtually take out opponents, using more than 70 devastating moves.

In Fighters Uncaged, players charge head-first into the dangerous world of underground free- fighting tournaments, battling 12 ruthless opponents in more than 20 diverse environments including rooftops, dark alleyways and an abandoned church. Players will fight their way through multiple fighting circuits on their rise to the top—and upgrade their character along the way by unlocking new fighting techniques.

Fighters Uncaged also has a deep skill-based fighting system that allows players to unleash multi-layered combos based on martial arts techniques, and deliver merciless superstrikes triggered by both movement and voice-activated commands. This unique system will also train novice players how to deploy powerful in-game blows and combos, and provide tactical advice and hints for the more seasoned gamers.

Fighters Uncaged is rated T by the ESRB and is available for an MSRP of $49.99 at all major retail locations.
