Free Heavy Metal Songs to Pair with the Crusade Available for Download.

NEW YORK – October 6th, 2010 – Neocore Games and Paradox Interactive today released three epic metal songs created for the upcoming real-time strategy game Lionheart: Kings’ Crusade. Created by heavy metal band Trebuchet and co-produced by Paradox Interactive CEO, Fredrik Wester, the songs feature a level of battlefield intensity only appropriate for Lionheart: Kings’ Crusade. It doesn’t matter whether you play Saracen or Crusader – these metal gods will carry you to victory!

The songs are available for download include ”Lionheart,” ”Holyland” and ”The King Will Return Tonight” here:

”I think heavy metal music goes well with battle and it seemed like a natural fit as about half of the team are hardcore metal and rock fans. We wanted to spice up the Lionheart trailers with some new music and we think it went so well that we want everyone out there to get these songs. I’ve said it many times, but people can be divided into two groups: those who love Heavy Metal and those who are unaware that they love Heavy Metal. We are going to get medieval on your eardrums.” said Fredrik Wester, CEO of Paradox Interactive.

Scheduled for release on October 8th, Lionheart: Kings’ Crusade will be published worldwide by Paradox Interactive. The PC title will also be available for digital download on all leading digital distribution platforms.
