Red Johnson’s Chronicles Available on PlayStation Network Today

Redefining the adventure game genre, Red Johnson’s Chronicles puts players in the shoes of a fearless private eye as he solves a vicious crime.

Champs-sur-Marne, France - April 19th, 2011 - Lexis Numérique, one of the biggest independent game design studios in Europe, proudly announces the release of Red Johnson’s Chronicles on the PlayStation® Network. This original investigation/adventure game is now available to PlayStation® Plus subscribers for $6.50, and will be available to all PlayStation® Network members on May 3rd for $12.99.

In Red Johnson’s Chronicles, players take on the role of the titular character Red, as he hits the streets of Metropolis to solve a vicious murder.  In doing this, players will have to explore a dark world with stunning backdrops as they find and analyze clues in order to solve the murder of the most hated man in town.   In addition, players must solve puzzles, question suspects and, when necessary, confront them in breathtaking action scenes.

Throughout his journey, Red will encounter several suspicious characters.  From the mysteriously funky informer, to the enigmatically fragile escort girl, to the lazy policeman and the crime genius — the situations will get sticky, but no stone can be left unturned.  Each mysterious figure will play a crucial role in the intricate case players must solve.

In this eight to 10 hour-long adventure/investigation game, Red Johnson’s Chronicles provides a world in which everything is dark, sharp and deadly. Even humor. Players will be able to take part of an epic investigation to solve the murder of the most hated man in town — and enjoy doing it.

Red Johnson’s Chronicles is the latest game from Lexis Numérique and is available right now on PlayStation®Network to PlayStation® Plus subscribers for $6.50. To get all the news straight from the studio, please visit the official website www.red-thegame.com and the official facebook page
